CPVEN began operations in Peru on July 2014, supporting by reliable Health Safety and Environmental Management System (HSE MS) and controlling by a auditable Quality Assurance System (QAS) that allow us to achieve the performance goals established, both systems have been ISO certificated by well-known entities, which have helped CPVEN become at the present in the leader of technical and operational in frac services.

Besides Hydraulic Fracturing service, we also supply other well services such as: Cementing; Directional Drilling; Drilling Fluids; Completion Tools; Well Intervention with Coiled Tubing or Snubbing units.

Our Hydraulic Fracturing Service has the highest operational capacity for performing hydraulic fractures, supporting by state-of-the-art equipment: 6000 HHP, three Blender units, several frac tanks for storing the fracture fluid, suction and discharge manifold, bulks trailers for transporting the sand and two Vans with data acquisition system to register the main parameters of the fracture operation in real time.

Likewise, our Fracturing service offers:

• Lab with electronic viscometer, hydraulic press, water analysis kit, water bath, shaker for particle size distribution, blender among others.
• Fracturing fluids: water base fluids; prepare using high efficiency polymers with a minimal residue percentage.
• Last generation of chemical products, high efficiency and low residue percentage.
• Frac Sand: natural and synthetic sand.
• Technical support: engineering personnel with a huge and proven expertise; “fracpro” software for fracture simulation; complex system for data acquisition and transmission of parameter value in real time.
